• Clerk: Authentication and user management.
• PagerDuty integration: When you connect PagerDuty, we access incident data you authorize to import into the Service.
• Anthropic AI: AI-powered postmortem generation. Incident data is sent to Anthropic to produce reports.
• Paddle: Payment processing for paid subscriptions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated postmortems for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
